Design & Build Project undertaken for a repeat business client, the project involved working with the design team from day one, to successfully complete a 50,000sqft office building refurbishment and fit out. Works were undertaken Stables Market remaining in full operation whilst Broadland undertook the work.
Broadland created co-working & small office unit space aimed at start-ups and tech businesses, the project included building fabric repairs, installation of new a lift, refurbishment of two existing lifts, removal of escalator and structural infill, installation of curtain-walling to create glazed office fronts, M&E installation, break-out areas, green wall.
