Broadland Construction secured this project in competitive tender, the scheme involved the amalgamation of two apartments into one unit. Bespoke joinery, including several mirrored piece were installed new marble finishes and high quality decoration.
Base-build air-handling units were rationalised and replaced to suit the modifications, new lighting was installed throughout.
