Broadland Construction undertook the refinement of a base-build 10th Floor apartment, the project included the supply and installation of a bespoke kitchen, installing new joinery to the dining room and reception room. Lighting and audio visual installation. Replacement of the master bathroom and new joinery to the master dressing room and home office. A significant amount of Westmorland Slate was used in the finishes to the kitchen, master bathroom and Media Wall.
All for the floors were refinished and the apartment was decorated to a very high standard, Broadland have since undertaken further projects to this property for new owners.
