Lateral conversion of two mews properties in Belgravia, the schme included a full footprint basement extension, roof terrace extension and high quality fitting out of a 4,000 sq ft super prime residence, two staircase were installed and a number of fire prevention measures were added. The project was undertaken for a developer.
