Broadland Construction undertook a major refurbishment and extension project to this Grade II Listed building originally constructed in 1862. The prestigious scheme involved the conversion of four apartments into one super prime duplex apartment, the two extensions to the project comprised installation of a two-level subterranean box into the rear garden to provide leisure facilities, gym, steam room, swimming pool, plant space.
The font vaults where then linked to the main-house and structurally repaired and converted into staff accommodation. Broadland also undertook, the common parts refurbishment including stucco repairs and re-decoration of the building, which included landscaping and works to the cast iron canopy.
